Our Team

The people who keep our clients informed and our cases moving.

Our paralegals, legal assistants, and client support staff are the steady presence behind every case at Bison Law Firm — the ones who answer the call, follow up on the records, and make sure no detail gets lost.

Support Staff

Compassion, organization, and a steady hand — every step of the way.

Personal injury cases are rarely just about the law. They are about people, often at the worst moments of their lives. The people below are the first voices our clients hear and the ones who walk with them through every stage of their case.

The People Behind Every Case
Stephanie Davis

Operations

Stephanie Davis

With over two decades of administrative experience, Stephanie Davis acts as the backbone of our firm’s daily operations. Known for her tenacity and meticulous organization, Stephanie ensures that daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with a focus on client service.

An Oklahoma native, Stephanie balanced raising a family and working full-time while earning her BA in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. This background gives her a unique perspective on service, efficiency, and calm under pressure.

Stephanie brings the same passion to her personal life as she does her work, spending time with her four children and their spouses, seven grandchildren, and two dogs, alongside pursuing her hobbies of reading, baking, taking trips with her husband, and scrapbooking.

Karen K.D. Brady
02 Bison Team
Paralegal

Karen K.D. Brady

Karen K.D. Brady joined Bison Law Firm in 2024 as a paralegal, bringing over 25 years of legal experience with her. Through the years, she has learned that caring for her clients and guiding them through an unknown process is the most rewarding part of her job. Her goal is to ensure our clients understand each step as they navigate their case and provide help when needed.

She attended the University of Oklahoma and subsequently earned her paralegal degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. Prior to joining Bison, her extensive experience working for district judges in the courtroom as well as for attorneys in a wide variety of settings has equipped her with the knowledge required to fight for her clients vigorously and effectively.

Karen is past president of the Central Oklahoma Association of Legal Assistants and currently serves as treasurer. In addition to her intense passion for the law, Karen is also a devoted animal lover and has previously served as the President of Volunteers for Animal Welfare, an organization that operated a low cost spay/neuter clinic. She currently does volunteer work with Crossings Community Church. In her spare time, she adores traveling — recently spending a month in Australia — as well as spending time with her family, friends, and her two dogs, Iggy and Zelda.

Case Management Support

Jewel Stephans

Jewel is a Texas native who relocated to Oklahoma three years ago and is proud to call Oklahoma City home. She brings a strong background in customer service and administrative support, with a focus on working closely with clients to help make stressful situations more manageable.

Jewel attended Texas Woman’s University, where she developed a strong interest in client-focused work and professional services. She plans to pursue paralegal certification in the future. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, gardening, and cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Shaylee Narvaiz
05 Bison Team
Legal Assistant

Shaylee Narvaiz

Shaylee was born and raised in Mustang, Oklahoma. She attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, then decided to move back home to be closer to her family and enrolled at the University of Oklahoma, where she majored in Criminology with a minor in Psychology.

Shaylee has had an interesting path to the legal world. She previously worked in the banking industry and the Oklahoma Correctional system. Observing the legal system from inside the correctional system showed her the desperate need people have for legal help and inspired her to enter the legal field. Shaylee has been a Legal Assistant for over a decade and loves working in the personal injury field of law.

While working at the bank, she met and married her husband, Kenny. Shaylee and Kenny have two children — both girls who attend Yukon schools — two dogs, and a gargoyle gecko. The girls keep them busy with extracurricular activities, and they wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world.

Shaylee is also a Type 1 Diabetic. She was diagnosed at age 5 and has been through many life-changing events because of it. She is an advocate for the disease and is excited about the advancements and research being made.

Besides spending time with her family, Shaylee loves reading, traveling, concerts, sneakers (huge shoe collection), anything to do with the snow, Halloween, and weeklong birthday celebrations.
